Cool Gadgets Planogram for Radio Shack / Intertan
The Cool Gadgets Planogram is a small application that was built to help Radio Shack
staff (since taken over by Circuit City) to maintain a consistent layout of their
gadgets section from store to store. Upper management ascertained that stores were
losing profits due to improperly stocked shelving and excessive stocking times. The
planogram was built to provide with a common frame of reference for the proper location
of each of the hundreds of different technological gadgets that Radio Shack sold.
It was built in .NET 1.1 and MS Access for easy updatability.
