The nature video, The Repairman, was filmed north of Neerlandia, Alberta. A friend of mine, John Holley, and I went out late one afternoon to a little spot where John had previously witnessed a family of beavers. John came up with the idea of disturbing the dam in order to capture footage of a 'repair in progress'. We were between 30 to 50 yards away on a small hill overlooking the pond while filming these interesting events.

The nature video above has been converted from a 640px X 480px MPG file to a 640px X 480px FLV file at a bitrate of 400kbps. The FLV player is an auto bandwidth detection, hybrid streaming player that I built just after the release of Flash 8.
